I went into 101 Auto Outlet 2 weeks ago and looked at 2 vehicles with a gentleman named Darrell. He was very polite and not overly aggressive on selling me a car. Which being a Manager myself in sales I was grateful for that. Within the 2 weeks he and I spoke and talked about what I can afford and nothing more . When I finally told him I had a trade in also Darrell he worked with me and asked boss which is Bob. Met Bob . Very easy going and also very nice. Not once did Darrell try to talk me into a more expensive car. Again, I appreciated. Finally, after negotiating for a few more days we both agreed to a certain price which everyone is happy. Once again, appreciated. I left with the car with happiness." Special thanks to Darrell and Bob for making my 1st dealership visit exceed expectations. After weeks of searching for a reliable car for our teen, we found 101 Auto Outlet had a good variety of cars. We found one we liked and Morgan made the process smooth, easy, and most importantly hassle free. There were no surprises, just great customer service. I would definitely recommend this company if you’re looking for a reliable, used car.

Purchased a 2021 Navigator L from out of state and had an awesome experience. We tried to drive up multiple times but life got in the way. They held the vehicle for us through multiple plan changes and in the end, offered to just ship the vehicle to us and ship our trade back to them. Process went very smooth even with shipping and we were always kept in the loop on what was happening. Would definitely buy from them again!

Everyone there has a great aura about themselves giving you a Chick Fil A or 5 star restaurant experience but with Car shopping. With that being said I have to give a Special Shout out to my Guy Morgan who went above & beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Even calling & answering calls off the clock during the weekends when he didn’t have to just to help with the process of my purchase. Making sure I got the best interests, deal, test drive experience, even helping me find the information to my own problems that had nothing to do with the dealership lol. Genuine guy for sure! It was more than just a hand in hand business deal customer experience, it was like linking with one of your most trusted family members & they have your back on doing whatever it takes to help you win in life on what you want out of it. Will definitely be doing plenty of business with him & recommending everyone else as well. Best salesman I’ve ever dealt with & I’ve had a lot of cars lol. I’d love to give ten stars, for real! I’ve worked at dealerships and bought a few cars here and there but never had or seen such outstanding service. My sales guy, Morgan was a real genuine article with the art of the sale and being very relatable with his good conversation skills. Bob who closed the deal for me had awesome energy, I’m eternally grateful he was able to work some real magic into getting me the car I want with the current situation I’m in. This is a real American business that makes you feel good about the purchase and I’m going to be sending everyone their way. Also the rest of their crew were very friendly and all seem to work very well as a team. Keep on keepin’ on!
